Ashley Gardiner

Ashley Gardiner is an accomplished senior media and communications strategist with a background in journalism, government and the private sector. He has provided high-level strategic advice, government relations, and corporate communications management, as well as managing issues with public and political sensitivity in both public and private sector organisations.
Ashley was a journalist for 13 years at Melbourne’s Herald Sun before undertaking senior media and communications roles with two state governments. In NSW, he was head of communications for Minister Paul Toole and later senior media adviser to Premier Gladys Berejiklian.
He has been ACCI’s director of media and communication since March 2022.
