The Australian Chamber welcomes this opportunity to input the independent review of the operation of Part 5 of Schedule 1 of the Fair Work Amendment Act 2015 (the 2015 Amendments) and the changes made to Greenfield (GF) enterprise agreement making under the Fair Work Act 2009 (FW Act).
