Natalie Heazlewood is the Australian Chamber’s director of skills, employment and small business
Natalie is skilled in both government relations and public policy with close to a decade experience working in political offices and industry associations. At the Chamber, Natalie oversees a wide portfolio focusing on small business, skills and VET, apprenticeships, higher education, research, innovation and digital as well as providing Secretariat services to the Employment & Skills Committee and Small Business Coalition
Prior to joining the Chamber, Natalie was a senior policy manager for the Australian Forest Products Association.
Natalie previously worked for NSW Parliamentarians and Ministers before working for the Federal Minister for Infrastructure and Transport advising on key infrastructure projects.
Natalie holds a Bachelor of International Studies from the University of New England with a major in politics and a Master of Public Policy from the University of Sydney.
