Ingrid Fraser is the Australian Chamber’s senior adviser on workplace relations policy.
Ingrid is a qualified lawyer with experience across a wide range of workplace relations matters including termination of employment, managing grievances and complaints, sexual harassment and discrimination, enterprise bargaining and the governance of registered organisations.
Prior to joining the Chamber, Ingrid worked in both consulting and workplace relations policy with the Australian Mines and Metals Association, Australia’s resources and energy industry group.
Ingrid previously worked with Corrs Chambers Westgarth and the Fair Work Commission, including as Associate to Vice President Graeme Watson, providing her with a unique insight into the tribunal’s processes and considerations.
Ingrid holds a Bachelor of Laws, Bachelor of International Relations and a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice.
